This mod was developed in order to bring Dawn Of War 3, closer to the 40K standards we expected.
With the addition of changes to all three factions, including new units, and new gameplay mechanics, I hope to bring this game, the attention I feel that it deserves. Dawn Of War 3 in my opinion has more potential than any Dawn Of War game thus far, and this work is my refusal, to watch this game die. "Yes I know it did a long time ago. This is a description from Rework v2."

NEW GLOBAL CHANGES (General changes for all races)

All population resource requirements removed. This means NO UPKEEP AND BIGGER ARMIES WITH INFINITE ARMY SIZES.

All listening posts costs reduced from 300 > 250 requisition.

THE POWER RESOURCE rate has been increased from 0.05208333 to 0.104.

Objectives such as the Shield Generator, Turret, and Power Core can now be repaired.
Objectives HP increased by +100%.

All unit production buildings and HQs, have HP increased by +100%.

Now only Infantry and skimmers may capture strategic points. Builders, Walkers and Vehicles cannot.

All builders now repair +100% faster.

To emphasize the importance of positioning and to counter the small sniper DPS buff, all Sniper squads now receive +15% increased damage when attacked from behind.

To reduce the feeling that Vehicle armour behaves like paper when attacked from behind, All Vehicles that were susceptible to taking +250% increased damage, now have that damage reduced to +200%.

Buildable turrets now deal AOE damage, making them much more effective at their intended role of defence.

Turrets do not require a doctrine to build, this was silly.
Turrets now detect stealth units!

All Buildings now benefit from Vehicle Upgrades!

All Psykers can detect stealth units!

Now let’s talk computer opponents. For you bot bullies out there. Normal and Hard bots now get a resource multiplier buff. Ork bots now get so crazy that my game crashes. Here’s a comparison.
Vanilla Normal Bot
Resource Rate: REQ +150%, POW +150%, ELITE +100%
STARTING BONUS: REQ +0, POW +0, ELITE +0

Vanilla Hard Bot
Resource Rate: REQ +160%, POW +160%, ELITE +100%
STARTING BONUS: REQ +0, POW +0, ELITE +0

Mod Normal Bot
Resource Rate: REQ +400%, POW +150%, ELITE +100%
STARTING BONUS: REQ +0, POW +0, ELITE +0

Try Hard Bot
Resource Rate: REQ +800%, POW +300%, ELITE +200%
STARTING BONUS: REQ +750, POW +50, ELITE +1

Select “Non Unique Character Elites”, are now trainable line units for each race, with their own squad cap limits, and requirements. These squad cap limits include:

2 Storm Boyz, 2 Mega Armour Nobz, 2 Kommandoz, 1 Gorkanaut
Eldar:
2 Striking Scorpions, 2 Warp Spiders, 1 Wraith Knight Ranged.

IF YOU WANT TO PLAY THIS MOD YOU WILL NEED TO GO TO THE STEAM WORKSHOP AND SUBSCRIBE TO IT. OBVIOUSLY YOU ALSO NEED TO HAVE THE GAME INSTALLED AS WELL. TO PLAY THE MOD SELECT IT IN THE DROP DOWN MENU, IN ANY MULTIPLAYER/SINGLE PLAYER MATCH.
