Changes in-hand positioning of some guns. For Dead Air 0.98B.
I found myself that Dead Air vanilla weapon look kinda dumb and weird. It is out of perspective and also character holds it too low. I have tried to manage it to look a little more somewhat realistic.
It is technically an attempt to adapt ЦЕМЕНТ Position And View to Dead Air. But Dead Air engine and HUD have some restrictions, so I made some changes in weapons positions.
RECOMMENDED SETTINGS: FoV 75-90, HUD FoV 0.25-0.30. Works ONLY on 16x9 resolutions.
This will not be compatible with any weapon tweaks and overhauls (except addons like TAZ, that adds new guns without replacing old ones. I strongly recommend you to install this addon via JGMSE Mod Manager (Generic Mod Enabler).
WARNING: SOME WEAPONS HAVE PROBLEMS WITH AIMING. Now I donno how to make all of them aim correctly. Ill try to figure it out soon. It is a one big headache to configure.

If you having trouble with figuring out aiming, the line in text document you want edit in each weapon as well as they sight is "aim_hud_offset_pos_16x9" now I recommend that if you have Aim assist on your monitor use it because it will help you adjust aiming sight to the center of the screen other wise aim will be off in the game. Its alot of work but with consistency and not over working your self you will get it done. Love the project you started good luck mate.
Yep, I know how it works, but it is just a massive amount of tweaking and then testing. Another thing is Dead Air's absolute broken camera, I guess it is the engine-level issue
I agree camera not the best thing in this mod but to avoid maximum clipping of weapons I recommend that you set FOV at 0.2 and then zoom out each weapon separately.
I managed to deal with that on some weapons and also figured out shotgun positions, it is now just perfect, much simple because aiming point is not complex like the one on AK series. I will update soon)

So is the clipping error fix in this in my playthrough the guns feel off
5 minutes into Dead Air and i feel immersed more than hours in any other mod .. but oh boy, the gunplay is objectively horrible then i turn off the game immediately.

didnt tested it on Revolution, because I dont play so. It works only on vanilla Dead Air 0.98B
You can make it work by just deleting w_knife.ltx from mod folder. You loose nothing, because inife position is okay

You're welcome! Mind that is a raw alpha, but I figured out shotguns position, it works just perfect, I'll update very soon!

Im trying to fix the aiming deviation of ak74m, but how did you manage the file editing values? I mean, is there any way to edit values and restart game engine "on the fly" so that I have not to open and close the entire game again and again to see the result?

Hi mate, sorry, didnt attend this addon for a while. Addon is abandoned forever, due to ****** up DA hud. If there will be any way to remove actor`s body, I will try to configure ltxes
Try to tweak aim_hud values. BUT its a hell of a work to do
