I just started Dead Air, would you recommend Rerum for a first playthrough?
Shovelled Rather not. It is not polished yet and looks like a bunch of raw ideas. I would suggest starting with vanilla dead air. It has a lot of things to do. + machine translation is always a thing. Combination of machine and human translation (vanilla DA) + some new custom addons might ruin the first impression.

Is this mod makes some npc invincible? This is the only mod I install in dead air and now I cant kill the 2 bandits in garbage, I think its the doctor and other bandit dude. Cant I fix it by changing some .ini files?
SO I tried this and so far its alright, the english is rather broken and barely understandable at times but as a Canadian who only speaks english (and I'm currently roleplaying as my self in game) I'd like to think that either the people's english is so bad in the Zone or they're using their PDA's/Phones for translation which tends to spit out garbage sometimes (Though google translate seems to make understandable RUS to ENG translations these days)
I wonder if there will be more work done on this to fix up the english, I'd help but it'd seem its everywhere with every NPC. Though for now I'll tolerate it unless things make it impossible to get around and do jobs.
