Dead Air is a total conversion for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series based on Call of Chernobyl, encompassing all aspects of the game from graphics, audio, and special effects to various gameplay and AI features. The mod evolves from the ideas started in Call of Misery, a previous project of the mod author. Major inspirations for Dead Air include projects such as NLC, MISERY, Autumn Aurora, and OGSE. Dead Air prioritises the development of the game engine’s potential, complexity of gameplay, and attention to detail, along with addressing both the quality and quantity of all content.
Thanks man this works like a charm! :D

Thanks!
Nice addon, just a little advice:
Rename the download file of the next version, because your actor patch mod and this one here is named simply "gamedata.7z" and it's better and easier for everyone to have clearly identifiable file names. Otherwise good work!
Great addon, this was seriously needed thank you!
The one thing I would say is that a few other weapons need this 'fix' other than the pistols, like the sawn off mp-133 as an example (probably many others but I haven't played with too many yet) which still suffer the 'zooming out' at any less than 75 FOV. Any chance of a fix for those yet?
I'll see if I can fix those weapons for you. No guarantees I'll be able to, however.
I came here to ask just that XD though I wanted to ask, which values did you change? half the code comments are in russian (as always) and I can't figure out what affects the camera FOV...
I need the same tweaks
Is there a way to make a package containing all weapon.ltx file?
I would like to change the scope_zoom_factor to my current FOV but I sadly have no clue of how to get those file in the first place
I could use such package as well
You can download the Dead Air Unpacker and get the full database from the .dbl, just be aware that whatever you have on gamedata will overwrite the content on .dbl upon unpackaging (you'll understand when reading rules for the unpacker)
This mod just zoomed in my TT 33 so it took up half of the screen... I changed 60 to 3.5 in the .ltx and got the effect I think this mod was going for
The new update changed the FOV for... something different. So yeah, gotta manually change it all until a fix comes along
