This is beautiful! you are making me cry!! really awesome portraits. Maybe it's because i am a very numenorean fan, i don't know. But them....just a quick question. So the numenorean kingdoms will be split into 3 factions? maybe 4 if you count Arnor and Gondor as 2

I'm glad to hear it! :D I fancy numenorean designs too!

Ok, I'll try to explain: the Faithful Numenoreans have techincally one faction which is called "Numenorean Kingdoms" and consits of the realms of Arnor and Gondor which serve as two different homelands in the game and may be called "kingdoms" though the faction is ruled by on High King. Harad is a kingdom of Black Numenoreans and they share the portrait pool and other UI with NK. Mordor is not a "kingdom" but just Mordor, a land ruled by Sauron, who has some Black Numenorean servants.

Those Numenorized portraits look WAY better than I thought they would look.

Glad to hear it! While on the one hand they might look repeative here, I think they came out good in their own right and are nice in the game.

I love the symmetry between those portraits, makes it look very militaristic, and there's enough of a difference between the different kingdoms that playing each of them wouldn't feel like playing a copy&paste; from a different kingdom.

Description

Here's a preview of new numenorean portraits that I've created for DCI: Last Alliance.
Since there aren't many resources around, though they're important for immersion, I've tried to do the best I can with them.

Note:
* credit also goes to Louis Lux / Van_louis for making Anarion's base image

Numenorized other portraits are mostly from vanilla, two were made by cino.

All, except for Herumor, Fuinur and Ugru, shall also have old versions in the game.

The portraits here are blurred to give an approximate idea how they'd look like in the game.
