Mere days ago our glorious peace loving nation was brutally and deceptively attacked on our sacred soil of Sevastopol. Entire responsibility for this predatory attack upon the Soviet Union falls fully and completely upon the German Fascist rulers.
The attack upon our country was perpetrated despite the fact that a treaty of non-aggression had been signed between the U.S.S.R. and the Greater German Reich a little under a year ago.
Was it a mistake to sign this treaty in the first place? Was this not an error of the Soviet Government? Of course not, the Soviet Union is a peace loving country, and no offer of peace could ever be declined.
The Government of the Soviet Union expresses its unshakable confidence that our valiant Red Army, Navy, and the brave falcons of the Soviet Space Force will acquit themselves with honor in performing their duty to the motherland and to all the Soviet people, and will inflict a crushing blow upon the aggressor.
The government calls upon you, citizens of the Soviet Union, to rally still more closely around our glorious Bolshevist party, around our Soviet Government, around our great leader and comrade, Sokolovsky. Ours is a righteous cause. The enemy shall be defeated. Victory will be ours.

I apologize for the repost. The previous transmission was being broadcast by a Retivyy Medium Cruiser en route to Volgograd, but it was intercepted by a squadron of German Interdictor Frigates and therefore had to be rerouted.
