Dawn of Nations 2.1 (Satellite Independence Patch) file

I noticed, that AI liege maintain very good relationships with it's satellites, so if they are ruled by AI too, they will never declare independence. This version must fix it by separatist events.

Please, report all the bugs in comments, and they will be fixed as soon as possible. In comments you may also write your proposals for demographical changes, and maybe they will be added in next versions.

1. El Salvador has Central American as primary culture, but it was replaced by Spanish American. So El Salvador has culture with no population all over the world. And it has different culture with USCA, so El Salvador causes international crises of it's liberation from USCA.

Primary culture of El Salvador changed to Spanish Amercian.

1. If one country makes decision "Declare Independence", and country's former liege choose option "Recognize", the decision will never be available for every other country, because global flag isn't clearing by this option.

Global flag will be cleared by the option.

1. Declare Independence (AI fix). If liege and satellite has the opposite government (like absolute monarchy and democracy), AI-ruled satellite will make decision "Declare Independence" with greater desire.

1. Separatist agitation. May add separatist agitation modifier, which leads to small growth of consciousness and militancy. Player or AI may also suppress the agitation, if country has state or censored press. If an AI-ruled country has this modifier in it's capital and enough militancy, an AI will make decision "Declare Independence" with greater desire.

2. Separatist meetings. May add separatist meetings modifier, which leads to big growth of consciousness and militancy. Player or AI may also suppress the agitation, if country has meetings not allowed. If an AI-ruled country has this modifier in it's capital and enough militancy, an AI will make decision "Declare Independence" with greater desire.
