This is the superior in command of a squad of the previously mentioned terrorists. Generally having some combat experience and training through serving with possibly an Imperial militia organization or the PDF, the ring leader has already seen a fair share of combat and features enhanced equipment compared to regular terrorists. His flak armour affords him some partial protection, and his lasgun is more accurate and efficient than an autogun, but even this equipment is inferior to a regular guardsmen; it is his honed sense of guerilla warfare which has kept him alive over the months or years of battling Imperial forces.
