Maybe fewer rebels? I hate it that they were put between, its so unrealistic
It isn't unrealistic, it represents factions that can't be present in the game, like smaller barbarian tribes an independent Greek cities etc.
Germanic tribes were all independent, so actually they should all be a diffrent faction.... And im pretty sure that in Scotland and Ireland Celts were also present... And in Norway and Sweden were also germanic tribes
