This mod (plugin) adds a new region to the world of Morrowind,to the west of Hla oad. In the region you will find a city over the sea. This mod also adds a shipmaster with longboat to Seyda Neen, he can take you to Dartec Oceania by boat.He can bring you there for 36 gp (this is much,but once you are there youre going to c,why it is that much :).
