Este Mod esta basado en las series Hearts of Iron II Darkest Hour. El MOD trata sobre la corrección histórica, de aspectos-según el mismo juego- como: Tecnología, Eventos, Lideres Históricos y muchos más. El MOD cuenta con más de 500 eventos nuevos, más de 10 tecnologías nuevas, más de 15 equipos tecnológicos nuevos (basados según la época) y cuenta con más de 30 correcciones históricas y políticas de distintos lideres políticos del mismo juego que vienen por defecto. El Mod funciona bien con el Patch 1.01 y 1.02 del mismo juego, y se proyecta que funcione también con el Patch 1.03, por lo que este Patch aún no a salido.
