i think he is saying that he STOLE content from valve, or that he downloaded STOLEN content from someone who actually STOLE it from valve.

The original immolator IS the directed beam of acid that you see in the screenshot.

It seems Valve ditched the model pretty early, since it doesn't have animations or AI.
it was meant to be plasma or fire, not electricity.
