Yo it won't even let me download. It just froze. I tried keep downloading but won't do anything. Please fix.
It must be passed under Beta [upcoming] on the tools on Steam the official version does not work for more details
You go into the Tools SDK 2013 Singleplayer You right click Properties
Then click Beta after it's marked [upcoming] here it does its updated file replacementupdated renplacement files.
