You play as one of the human rebels - Frank Harrison, who's currently in his hideout outside City 17. He's woken up by the Citadel explosion, caused by Dr. Freeman and Alyx Vance at the end of Half-Life 2. The evacuation of the City 17 is in progress and he has to leave his house to fight his way back to City 17 to join an evacuation train while there's still some time. Gather your supplies and an old HEV suit and explore the territories of the City 17. Play your role in the events, that took place during the original Half-Life 2: Episodes 1 and 2.

thx but wasn't that, it seems like now it's suddenly not crashing, must have been a steam issue.hope it won't crash when i'm playing.

Strange, Under Windows there was no way to get this to work, under Linux it runs without any problems after renaming all files to lowercase. Great peace of work.
I got a few glitches...the AUX power display is kinda of messed up and I can see part of the HUD display at the very top-left side of the screen...it's a half "0" I think ?

What the heck???? This is NOT a "full game" as described. It is a single text file, specifically a gameinfo file. You REALLY need to clean this file situation up; it is not even remotely clear what files and patches one needs to download and install to get this running.
Update: OK, of the six files listed, you need the fourth one from the top [full game v2.0] and the one at the top [SDK patch}. Install the game in Sourcemods, then install the SDK patch to the DangerousWorld folder, overwriting the duplicate folders and files.
It baffles me why so many modders will spend months or years developing these things, and won't take five minutes to post clear instructions on how to get them installed.
