How to install Daenerys mini-mod:
0. Install the "A Clash Of Kings" Mod
1. Backup your files strings.txt and troops.txt in your Mount&Blade Warband\Modules\ACOK 3.0 folder.
2. Replace them by the two files in this folder.
3. Start a new game. Daenerys replaces Ser Roger Osgrey in the game, with many new dialogues. You can find her in taverns like other companions.
You can test that your mod is working by enabling "Gather Companions" when starting a new game.
I would not recommend playing this mod with an already started game. It should not have big consequences but you won't see Daenerys.

Description
Adds Daenerys Targaryen as a companion that you can hire in the game.
She is not great in combat.. But can learn. She knows how to ride a horse, is quite intelligent and is charismatic. She should be pretty balanced with the rest of the game.

does anyone have a tutorial to make this work in 5.0?

I have a tutorial on how you can get it to work on 4.1 it should be a few comments below.
It will glitch the game badly because the troops and scripts text files are different between ACOK 3.0 and 4.1

Can you make compatible with acok 4.0?
Just edit it yourself using morgs editor. Here is a small tutorial if you want it.
Step 1: Download morgs editor
Step 2: Scroll down to the companions which are troops 1339-1367 and choose a companion to replace. (take note of which npc # you replace you will need it for the strings txt file.)
Step 3: Copy the face code from this mod to the npc you wish to make Dany and equip her with whatever clothes/weapons you wish to. (Also if you are changing the sex of a character be sure to click the circle that says Female.)When finished DON'T leave the character until you hit Update troop and after hit save changes.
Step 4: Go to the mod file and look for a strings text file. Now go to this mod's strings file and open both this and you're new mods files.
Step 5: Now in this mod's file search for the the line beginning with "str_npc13_intro" anything that says "npc13" is Dany, now go to you're mods and find the character you wish to replace with Dany and just copy and paste all of her lines from this mod to yours.
Step 6: (Optional) If you want to give her a Targaryen banner open up your mods textures folder and search "banner", If your Daenerys is npc 1-21 her banner will be in the file titled "min_fla_banners_companions_a" if she is npc 22+ it will be in "min_fla_banners_companions_b" (each banner is in numerical order for example the first banner is Ser Bennis while the last banner is Lyneria.) Now open the correct file using paint.net. then find the file titled "min_fla_banners_b" and also open it. Now you can simply copy the Targaryen banner to the correct companion's banner you have made Dany. Then your done. :)
