Cylearun tells the story after the the ending of Yuri's Revenge in 1972. After the victory of the Allies, Yuri was arrested, and the Soviet Union was destroyed. However, after a brief period of peace, the Allies discovered a new threat encroaching upon them. In response, the United States and the European Union formed the Federation of United Earth together to face this new opponent... The story of Cylearun spans over a hundred years, with an emphasis on the sense of history. The player will be able to experience dramatic changes through the ages, from the Third World War to exploration of the cosmos, fulfilling the dream of mankind among countless stars.
