The goal of our mod was to achieve the ultimate graphic mod ( relatively to modern standards) for Crysis 1. Here are the features: - Almost entirely retextured with 8k/4k/2k textures ( for supporters) - Added Screen Space reflections for water - Reworked particles ( in density and quality), which now can emit lights - Grass shadows - New interactive grass - Baked indoors and outdoors GI - Indirect sky lighting and improved indoors lighting ( baked indirect lighting) - Improved material simulation - REAL TIME Ocean Reflections - Improved Edge AA, which now smoothes regular aliasing too. - Temporal AA - Enhanced vegetation and forests density - Added Lens flares - Added rain splash on water when raining

Here is the trailer for our definitive update, showcasing some of the work done since monthes, which marks the end of our work on Crysis 1, after almost 3 years now. The game is now entirely retextured with high quality textures, upgraded with indoors and outdoors baked Global Illumination, better reflections ( SSR and real time), reworked PBR-ish materials, increased vegetation and forest density, and much more.. all of that to give you the maximum visual experience the game can deliver.

Here it is . Our definitive update which marks the end of our work on the game, available on 29th May.
We used all our knowledge to deliver something visually stunning and still quite optimized. ( as much as it can be ).

The game is now entirely retextured with high quality optimized textures ( a 4k/8k sources textures pack will be available too), upgraded with indoors and outdoors baked Global Illumination, better reflections ( SSR and real time), reworked PBR-ish materials, increased vegetation and forest density, and much more..

We want to thanks everyone who helped us, supported us, and believed in the work we could achieve.

Why choose to keep people waiting for a full day just so they can watch your video?!?! I really don't understand this. What is the purpose of this? I really just don't get this!!!

Well, our mod is for OG Crysis. I suggest you to test both and look for yourself as the list would be quite long.
