The Heavy Class: low damage, high armor. Has a minigun to help suppress and draw enemy's attention.
And have you gotten permission from the AIX development team to use their 3p animations?
and has AIX development team gotten permisiion from DICE to use their content? or to have rights to DICE content? to mode it? AIX team can not require any permission because it is not their game, it is not their property
You've got to be kidding, lol. Of course, DICE released the modding tools for BF2 so people CAN MOD IT. They have spent hours, many hours, creating original models, animations, effects etc.
So if anyone wishes to use THEIR PROPERTY in a mod, they should ask the dev team for permission. Don't you live under a rock or something?

I am studying in a law University, modders have no rights in law, of course, it is very nice to ask for permission but not indispensably, I respect modders efforts, but they should remember- I can use their projects and I will not be punished by the law, only by you(read license agreement- you can mod, you cand earn money, only with permission)
It's rather a matter of a healthy mind. Not wishing to steal anybody's work because you realise how much effort they have put into it. Plus, I don't really think it hurts that much to ask for the owner's permission.
Unfortunately i couldnt contact the dev's so i guess i'll replace it with another weapon. Aix developer's last online date is 4 years ago and their website has been changed. If there is still no replacement maybe i'll keep the minigun until the dev contact me to remove it.
