I found a file called PlaceThisFolderInCsco'sroot.txt. I can't find the root folder though so I need some help. Someone tell me where it is then I'll upload a video on where these files are. I will also show where to place them too.

I installed the hotfix but when I tried to play with bots I just couldn't move.
Noclip 1 worked but everything besides jumping doesn't do anything.
I can't even pick up weapons.

What is going on with this mod? It has been several weeks of the same complaint (start the game, can't move, nothing happens). What gives?
