You can find the mod on the Paradox forums and on the steamworkshop, help, feedback and play testers are appreciated.
The mod is still in early days and many features may yet be added, I am open to suggestions on how to improve the SD44 experience and to add more realistic features if possible, if possible in the future I would like Counter Attack to include an Eastern front portions as well if the engine allows it.
The Mod is currently available on steam workshop which you can find in game, there is also a thread of the paradox mod forums if you like to discuss the mod in a more forum like setting.
2. French Armored and the 21. Panzer divisions are the test divisions for the mod currently, other divisions will be brought up to the mod standard when the template for making divisions becomes a little clearer, the full changelog can also be read on the steam workshop page which by the way is here:
