*TO RUN TYPE -modname popcap -dev IN LAUNCH OPTIONS IN STEAM 1.Place files in dawn of war 2 retribution folder 2.Go to steam right click on dawn of war 2 retribution and select properties 3. Select set launch options and type "-modname popcap -dev" NOTE: Without dev at end of launch options mod will not work correctly Current Changes: *Changes max popcap to 1000 *Lowers prices of units to allow for larger battles *Removes all units popcap cost *Removed cap on super units
