Contra is a freeware modification for Command and Conquer Generals: Zero Hour real-time strategy game and one of the first mods for this game. It adds many new units as well as numerous new upgrades, new general's powers and buildings. It also adds new sounds, maps, bug fixes, enhanced graphics, and other effects, as well as three new generals.

General Alexander's Fire Bases are a bit lackluster I'm glad they're being replaced and the Grendel turret looks amazing too.

Yes, you can see in previous picture. One tree fell on another...and almost whole forest collapsed.

hi. is the ion defence torret released already? i saw it in the generals challenge for the special weapons general. but when i played the super weapon general , i cant see there the ion defence torret..
What you saw was the old Web Defense System structures. They were removed from player's build list because of some bugs such as ion towers attacking by themselves (without marker turrets). They were only kept for SW Challenge map so they are not bothersome.
Can someone tell me were I can download Command and conquer generals+zero hour for free? Because I'm missing out on all these mods.
