Contra is a freeware modification for Command and Conquer Generals: Zero Hour real-time strategy game and one of the first mods for this game. It adds many new units as well as numerous new upgrades, new general's powers and buildings. It also adds new sounds, maps, bug fixes, enhanced graphics, and other effects, as well as three new generals.

Contra 008 will have new civilian building - Phased Array Radar. It has very long sight range. If you capture it - you get perfect reconnaissance and can observe a half of a map. It is provided with stealth detector as well. But this building was not placed on any map yet. Multiplayer and single player maps with this radar will appear in the future.
The longer I look at this the more confused I get to whether or not I like this, I'm either lovin it or hatin it.

It does actually. Those plates on the sides are a type of radar. You usually seen them mounted on ships. Look at the Ticonderoga-class and the Arleigh Burke-class for examples. They're usually mounted on a ship's superstructure. This just a land-based version.

I will always think on End War when i see one of those, it looks like an Uplink. But also make me think in radars like the one in the image provided in the comment of Armyguy
