Contra is a freeware modification for Command and Conquer Generals: Zero Hour real-time strategy game and one of the first mods for this game. It adds many new units as well as numerous new upgrades, new general's powers and buildings. It also adds new sounds, maps, bug fixes, enhanced graphics, and other effects, as well as three new generals.

The title says sniper so i think pretty far, BUT!!! its easy to kill consider his armor

It´s exactly like the "Troop Crawler with a big cannon" from 1.7. It just has a new awesome model.
snipers have very little armor if any so as to do their jobs.

The Sniper Tank its a slow unit or a fast unit?
The Sniper Cannon is artillery. It has good firepower and long range. It's as fast as an Avenger. Not fast, but not slow.

It is glitchy. Otherwise, we were going to add it.

By the way, what is glitchy mean and how's difficult to make it? As I saw tank bunkers in other mods.
Also how the two different artillery units different that the one shoots straight forward and the other shoots over an arc?
Yes, the Tank Bunker was in ShockWave too, but they removed it later, because of glitches.
The Sniper Cannon can't shoot over obstacles.
So all the straight shooing artillery, including Libra, Rocket buggy, ATGM operator, Sturm-S, Katyusha and Omega cannon, can't shoot units behind a building and shoot over a cliff from bottom do they? And all others can?

So all straight shooting artilleries exchange those disadvantages into more powerful or more armored or cost less than standard arc shooting artilleries?
Every artillery unit has its own advantages and disadvantages. Let me give you an example - Sniper Cannon's shells fly a lot faster than regular artillery units and are a lot more powerful than the others, but can't shoot over obstacles. It fits in Tank general's style - tank assault.
