Where should I install the mod in my CoH root folder?
The installer installs Modern Combat at: C:\Program Files (x86)\R.G. Mechanics\Company of Heroes\steamapps\common\Company of Heroes Relaunch\
Is it right?
Bit weird, but it sounds like it found your CoH folder alright. After installation, you should see a "ModernCombat" folder and .module files inside.

i keep having these graphical glitches whenever i look at any infantry the screen just goes crazy needs a fix plz
Change your graphics shader setting to "high". :)

I downloaded the files to the company of heroes relancher, I click on the short cut, It loads up and shos The remote server returned an error(404) Not found. I can run it though but I cant download updates and when I try to play skermish it keeps saying Fatal Ai error-Exection Paysed. Can you Help?
I'm assuming the updater is what gives you the 404 error? And you can play regular CoH no worries?
Your download may have been interrupted (or incomplete/corrupted for some other reason). Do you have a torrent program?

It's a known problem, and will be fixed with the upcoming patch.

Hello i need help, i downloaded Company of Heroes the steam version from Kickass.to
a torrent, and i downloaded this mod, but every time i try to install the mod i get this msg (could not access network location steamapps \common \Company of Heroes Relaunch.)
so plz tell me wtf is wrong.
does this work if the game is downloaded from torrent

I repeat, It is POSSIBLE.
"If you want to install the most recent version of the mod, but only have access to the old 2.602 version of CoH, you’ll need use the 1.016 installer and set the install path to your Company of Heroes root folder (for example, “C:\Program Files\THQ\Company of Heroes”). Then download patches 1.017 and 1.018 and extract them to the same root folder, in consecutive order.
Before installing newer versions of the mod (1.016 onwards), make sure you first delete any ‘ModernCombat’ folder and .module files within your CoH root directory!" -Modern Combat (COH) website

the installer for the 1.016 version crashes and comes up with the message along the lines of something has been interrupted or can not complete due to connection loss? any ideas on what to do?

Modern Combat has working AI; you can play against it in skirmish modes and the campaign mission.

I can't seem to enable it, all that is required is -dev -mod "ModernCombat" and then using Shift Ctrl F1, right? Sorry for my ignorance.
Are you using v2.602 (non-Steam)?
Well, it's the version available for download on this page, so I very well may have done something wrong.
I mean are you using the non-Steam version of CoH? Or the Steam version?
If you're using this mod with the Steam version then you simply use a second "Cheat Mode" batch file within the ModernCombat folder.
If you're using this mod with the non-Steam version, THEN you need to create your own shortcut and modify its target line.
edit: Am *******. All I needed to do was load the batch file.

You need to download the file above. Version 1.016 (with the installer) is obsolete.
