Soviet Engineers
Very usefull unit. Armed with repair tool and Mine Detector
Only soviet Unit who can capture buildings.
Also only one who can disarm mines and stuff
Passive ability: While not doing anything particular, slowly repairs nearby vehicles.
Active avility: Can be issued order to fix vehicle. Fixes only targeted vehicle but 3 times faster than passive repair

Really nice! I´m surprised! One of the best looking infantry on a C&C game.
