Soviet Reconnacence (damn stupid long word) Vehicle BRDM-VOL
2 passengers - VOL-troopers. Stealth detection (ONLY soviet vehicle to detect stealthed and disguised units) ECM weapon and targeter

How about also make a version with a MG on top of it?
Well... VOL troopers and Alligator Helicopter also will have stealth detection, but Alligator is only for Aircraft Doctrine and VOL-trooper comes with this BRDM as passanger (2 troopers inside each) not sure if VOL-trooper alone will be buildable.
