Nods domination of urban combat was at a height that would never be reached again, and one of the reasons for that domination was this little tank...
It is time for the Nod light tank to dominate once again!
For a while the dimensional rifts destruction of Nods laser-weapons production factories was a severe blow to the brotherhood. Slowly the rifts continuous effect meant that it was soon providing the brotherhood with replacements.
And now the Nod Scorpion tank is no more... but the rift has provided Nod tank commanders with the classic converted Bradley.
While it is currently too early for a vehicle upgrade program, rumour has it that Kane has bought all of the few remaining vehicle mounted TOW launchers in existence. He has instructed that Light tank commanders who excel on the battlefield, 'heroes' of Nods armoured tank divisions, are to be rewarded with a TOW launcher upgrade for their Light tank. This is a great incentive for Nod tank commanders to do well in battle!
It is time for Nod to regain full control in urban areas... FOR THE BROTHERHOOD!

Tactical command are aware of the problems being caused by GDI infantry.
Their recent 'Composite amour' upgrade has been far more effective than Nod could ever have envisioned.
There are reports constantly coming in about 'hordes' of GDI infantry overrunning Nod outposts while Nod soldiers futility attempt to return fire, there are even reports that the Nod troops ammunition was just 'bouncing off' GDIs composite armoured troops!
Obviously this new found confidence for light infantry combat is a concern for the brotherhood, and until tactical command can come up with a permanent solution, Kane has a temporary one.
There are a small handful of Bradley's that have not been converted to Light tanks. There are also a handful of vehicle mounted Stinger launchers that Kane purchased along with the TOW launchers.
Kane's idea is to combine the Bradley's with the Stinger launchers so they can be deployed has 'Linebackers'.
With the powerful anti-infantry cannon, they should provide more than enough stopping power against GDI infantry.
Has an added bonus the Stinger launchers can be used to ward of the deadly Orca attacks which GDI have a habit of using on newly built tiberium refinery outposts.
It can also swat down the annoying Scrin storm riders, a winning idea for sure!
Has the supply of Linebacker IFVs is low, base commanders will have to call tactical command to request a deployment. If the request is approved, then a troop of Linebackers will be transported to a position that the base commander has chosen.
Wise use of the Linebackers will help a Nod base commander to push back GDI & Scrin infantry.
It will also help them to defend Nod harvesters from aerial attack, at least until the static defences are placed!
