Cheaper to manufacture & easier to acquire than the Demo truck. Melts or Mutates anything within the explosion radius.
Infantry caught in the explosion may turn into viceroids.

thought it will be like GLA's toxin tractor - nope, turns out it's an anti-infantry nuke truck :p
