J-TECH have isolated light rays to the radioactive streams and multiplyed the power to create what is officially known as a ‘Laser gun’. all of the new Tech Troopers will be outfitted with the rifle as standard
Looks like a Nod weapon.

The magazin on the back like the tibérium rifle
The scope from anti-matérial sniper rifle
The laser cristal from the laser rifle
and maybe some other i don't remember.

Thanks for your comment, I actually used the exact three you said and photo-shopped around it to convey my idea, the background though is entirely me :P. Since the mod itself is based around the renegade era, but in a different dimension. Think Generals of the future.
