Personally I don't like the medic "flags" on it they look out of place, aside from that looks good.
For some reason I agree with you. It already has other indications that it is a medic vehicle.
Exactly what came to my mind when I saw the screenshot. I would figure they'd paint a big red cross on that canopy, so planes will not bomb or strafe it.
Dont do that , Russians used that as an aiming help!

LOL, it remind me of the Teutonic knights' crusade in the same region where the Eastern Front battles were fought.
In fact, the Soviets did made a propaganda poster mentioning about this rather delicate part of Russian/German history. The most famous quote on that is "We beat them(Germans) before", not exact translation, but you get what they means.
