I've got an answer recently from Lord Rommel. He said that it is still not allowed to use their EF-stuff, because their 3D artists wants to keep the rights to their work for their own use, which is why use for third parties is excluded. They regret this fact.
This means FEBFMF stays inactive and as not downloadable as currently is. Sorry.
I'm still being asked by people, if I can release this mod in public. Please read the text below or create a "collective signature" for Eastern Front and Blitzkrieg, if you want to help, as I am not the one who has to be convinced.
I am asked frequently if I work further on this mod and if you can download it. The answer to both question is: Unforunately, no. The reason is written in the update 27.03.17. Since that I am working on my own projects, which you can check at the top.

I received a message from one of the Blitzkrieg-members PanzerBlitz1 that they still won't give me any permission to use Blitzkrieg contents/models/datas for now and in future. That's not only for me but for any mods. It's their hard work and content.
Also one of the Eastern Front members BurroDiablo told me that, because I had already published their work without asking them before in the past (which is definitely true, it was Alpha 0.1), unfortunately I am on a blacklist of people who can't use their models.
This means that I am not allowed to make this Mod Fusion ever public. So, for all guys who has high hopes in it... I am sorry that I let you down...

Welcome everybody to the Far Eastern Blitzkrieg Front Mod Fusion or FEBFMF.
This Mod Fusion has the achievement to fusion three glorious mods from Company of Heroes.
The Eastern Front Mod, Blitzkrieg Mod and the Far East War Mod.
This means I am not the creator of the models, skins, and stuff like that. That belongs to the respective modders.
The only thing I do is to combine these mods to only one and bring my own ideas in it too.
But I am not finished yet. There is a lot of work to do and there will be no end.

Instructions:
1. Install CoH:ToV and patch it to 2.602 or 2.700
2. Download and install the Eastern Front mod v.1.7 (if you have v.2.602) or install Eastern Front mod v.2.3 (if you have v.2.700 installed) Moddb.com
3. Download the four RAR-archives on this page.
4. Delete or rename the "Eastern_Front" folder in the install directory of your game.
5. (If you just overwrite the files/folder it will not work!!!) Copy Eastern_Front folder from RAR-archive to game directory. It will be much faster, if you put the rar-achives into the game directory and extract it with the "Extract here" command. The folder "New Maps (some are unfinished)" can be deleted or you use it like the readme in it says.
6. Start the game always with the Eastern Front launcher.

If you have a mod, which already extracted the game data, just look in "attrib/attrib/racebps". There you will find all the data for factions.

Hey man just wondering if you heard back from the mod devs also if they say no again I would honestly say **** them and finish this mod cause they shouldn't even be shutting down a person that made this master piece of a mod like they need to realize they are using Public tools which make their coding models ect,to the Public to use for their mod as well in a sense too tbh cause if they didn't want their models and such being used from other mod developers they would had made them Private and such
