Possible Alpha Legion Lord
Working on the Alpha Legion lord, More Codex Alpha Legion material.Not done yet just a early wip, If you put the hints together what is the campaign race for chaos in soulstorm?
Or could be terminator champion not sure yet we will see.
Don't forget that this is the Alpha Legion. They should be more pure than other Chaos Legions. So better to use non-corrupted head.
you are right just hexing parts in at the moment,Got a ? for you should I stick with more space marine parts or chaos parts all the info I can find shows it both ways nothing to clear I guess it is up in the air.

You should remove the part which covers his head (looks like leftover from DA unit tbh), aside of that looks really good.

Paint the hood black or let it stay white but add some blood splatter on it(tho i think white kinda ruins the whole armor).
Also some blood splatter and battle scratches on armor would be great. He is just too clean for a Chaos Lord, hell even an ordinary space marine is more dirty then him.
Quick question, are the new units only going to be in campaign or skirmish also ???
agree, have not done any texturing yet just kitbashing and showing a glimpse of what the model will look like not a finished product.
For campaign or skirmish, if alpha legion is a path you can choose playing chaos in codex mod then most likely yes but not all will make it in codex mod, but for sure campaign mod to be honest I don't really play the game only to test stuff couldn't tell you the paths chaos has.
I like it, but I agree with making the hood darker.
Looks good but IMO a helmet should ALWAYS be used on Space marines.
Agreed. I don't have a single bare head in my 40K army. And if they have, they always carry a helmet. Never understood why some won't wear helmets...

I wouldnt go as far as to say ALWAYS wear a helmet. Hoods or bare heads can look just as good, and sometimes a helmet is the best way. A hood seems like a good way to go to distinguish this model from the rest.
