I was hoping for a Conversion in the Fallout Universe. You know, with the Enclave, the Brotherhood of Steel, The Raiders, the Vaults, the supermutants and Ghuls and such...
But no...
Of Course, Enclave and BoS would have their Vertibirds.
(The Blueprints where stolen from the Enclave and brought to the Brotherhood, if you didn't know)
Actully fallout in your words has nothing to do with this mod.They are two things and they have different backgrounds.

Fallout 4 added a lot of new lines for Liberty Prime, so I'm seriously considering compiling a list of usable quotes. As for the problem with skirmishes: Chinese Red Guards still yell about "Foreign devils" even when fighting another Chinese player. Nod Militants still rant about "Down with GDI" and how "Oppressors must die" when fighting Scrin. So I don't think that's a problem at all.

I dont think that this mod has anything to do with Fallout RPG.
Much less with NATO Liberty walker.
If I remember, Henford intended to use voice talents hiring, for all unit quotes.
There will most likely will not be any unit quotes for another couple of years.
I certainly dont expect to hear any, in CNC FALLOUT Beta V.03.
Much more interested in new units,possibly structures,especially outposts and cranes, PP's for ADF, gameplay balance,aerial counters vs Death Hammer spam,etc.,etc.
This mod is progressing slowly... :// I would like to see it finished though...
