Description
The Tech Bank acts much in the same way as an Oil Refinery - once captured, it provides a steady stream of income until destroyed or captured by the enemy.
Tech Banks are typically found on urban maps only.

i don't think so, else it will not be like all the other Tech buildings in any cnc game (expect the game where the name must not be said of)
