Description
This group of conscripts have been given the Communist Propaganda upgrade. Adding a flag-bearer to each squad, this upgrade increases their will to fight to the death for the motherland!
Unfortunately, they become more attractive targets for snipers and artillery strikes. But don't let those conscripts know that!

Back in the days of wearing bright blue uniforms, waving your flag about and standing still to let them shoot you there were people appointed to hold the colours of their particular regiment and/or nation. Everyone had dropped these ideas but trust the soviets to bring back cool things from the past!
