well not every faction needs ultra-tech take for example in red alert 3 the rising sun had tech that was incredible advanced but just cause one weapons uses bullets and another uses lasers dosent mean the laser is always the victor.
Well, the Allies had lasers, the Japanese had plasma streamers (what we see in this picture, though here they are blue, not yellow-ish) and the Soviets had their traditional Tesla weapons.

The mod doesn't have tiberium in it, so your point is moot.
Just a joke,man.A joke.I like PAC's (not Scrin Planetary Assault carriers but NATO Plasma assault crafts) from first sight.When I saw that video,where they were firing on infantry I thought they were changing them on blue tiberium.(the blood under those blue limbs,torsos and so on,solved it.xd)
