Two Negotiator Artillery vaporise a group of fortified infantry with their massive shells.

Indeed, "Negotiate". As in I will blow half your base to pieces, then we'll talk.
Of course, my favorite kind of negotiations. From a position of massive strength. Preferably I will have some Abrams tanks ready in case they try anything.
