people who are following this mod for longer period might remember this now its upgraded and rebalanced new model and animations are also included also this is the first building of the new tech buildings system which will bee showcased as they are finished

tech building means capturable so yes it's capturable

you might say it even triple part of the storyline XD (i noticed misspeling but im not english you knaw so it hapens (misspelling intended))
