Don't think it has anything to do with being a guest, its strue, some question keep being asked when a answer is already given severel times. But, as modder you should know that most people don't read much or at all. So, when you want people to play your stuff you have to be willing to keep answering questions. Or put up some kind of Q&A and point each time to that when a questions is asked. Such a answer was not needed, even when it was German so only German people could read it, or those who can speak and read German.
