Cinematic Mod Awakening aims at further delving into the expanded gameverse of FakeFactory's Cinematic Mod which added a lot of depth to the award-winning blockbuster of HL2. CMA uses CM2013 platform with additional work being done by third-party/community members. All work is done with the original author permission from FakeFactory.

Thanx for such great mod!
I've seen several gameplay videos and now I want to taste it myself.
After downloading all (4 zip archieves) of them and extracting I tried to launch "hl.exe" and "Laucher_hl2.exe".
But it hasn't launched. I opened task manager and there was a process "hl2 (32 bits)", but nothing happened.
Then I downloaded patch 1.25 and nothing changed.
PLEASE HELP!!!

My configurations:
Windows 10 (x64)
RAM 8
VRAM 4
Intel i7 7700U
1. How much does it weigh on the hard drive of the mod? should be more than 20 GB (CMAO 20+, CM2013 55+, CMA vol 1 beta 3,5).
2. What does the engine write?
3. You said about 1.25. What mod are you talking about? CM 1-12? CM 2013? CMAO? CMA Alpha / beta? CMA vol 1 Beta? If CMAO / CMA - this mod does not have this version (1.25).
is this even taking place in the half-life 2 universe anymore?
An entirely standalone experience!? Good lord, I can't imagine the workload compared to using HL2 as a base from the Source engine!
May I ask the requirements for the Standalone in comparison to the older Source versions? This seems a lot more intensive!
This mod (CMAO) is technically more difficult
Minimum system requirements CMAO: 1 GB VRAM, 3 GB RAM, 2,6 Ghz CPU.
Are those new NPCs function what should they be? The Combine Assassins should function as Assassins than being soldiers. I prefer the OSIPR as it than being another HK MP5 something?\
I pray all bugs/issues from Cinematic Mod are 100% fixed.
