Clockwork: Advent Reign will be a Total Conversion Mod for the game Unreal Tournament 3. The mod will be a third-person shooter set in a steampunk universe. The land of Vail is entrenched in a cold war over resources and one wrong move could lead to total annihilation. As certain religious prophecies seemily become reality, one young Outlander is burdened with the Advent of a new age. Follow the journey of Nikola as he attempts to wield a newfound power unlike anything Vail has seen before. In his search for answers he will encounter many powerful enemies as well as a few allies. His quest will bring him closer to the truth than he could have ever imagined.

We are finally getting past the conceptual stage and moving on to full production mode. As you can see we have uploaded a few of our models that we have completed. Things are really starting to fall together and the whole team is pumped to make awesome content. From now on there will be a steady stream of updates where we will show you exactly what we are working on so that we can get feedback from the modding community.
One thing we have changed from our initial game outline is our focus on single player content. We have realized that in order to create a mod that the most amount of people can enjoy, we will put single player content on the back burners and focus on creating a solid multiplayer experience. However, we are designing all of our multiplayer assets to be dual purpose and hopefully they will all eventually show up in the single player game. We are not abandoning our single player story, but it might be beyond the scope of this project to have a full single player experience spanning multiple areas. Our new goal is to complete several multiplayer maps and gameplay variants and then use the assets we create to form a short single player experience that would be equivalent to an "episode" of the larger story. If the mod is popular with the community this will dictate how the story will continue in subsequent episodes.
