I don't know why, but this mod breaks Missing Stalkers quest for me. After killing second Bloodsucker in the basement of Krug Complex grouse stands in front of elevator door and nothing happens. When i delete the mod, reload save from the beginning of the mission everything goes smooth.
Came here with the exact same issue. I've seen people talking about a way to optimize this add-on for CoP specifically, but can't find anymore information. Someone posted a YT video under one of the threads, but it was inactive.
