Why is there no Illyrian Culture or is that a later thing?
I think the Dalmatians and the pannonians are sub-cultures of the Illyrian culture
They are.
You should add Tribali and put Serbian Culture.Tribali are on Kosovo and Metohija in Todays Serbia so put i there.

By this point Egypt was heavily Romanized, and so was Dalmatia, and the Upper-Middle Danube.
Moesia/Thrace were well on their way to Romanization.
