How to start using this mod:
1. You must own Europa Universalis 4; Rights of Man, Dharma, El Dorado and Cossacks dlc for the game
2. Download a mod from "Files" section
3. Read "README" text file. There will be instructions on how to install the mod.
Regarding DLC, you can enable any other dlc, that you want, but to play this mod, you have to make sure, that you've enabled 4 dlcs, that I already mentioned and make sure, that you've put savegame in savegame folder. Right now, mod can be played only through the save game, but that will be fixed in the future.
