Hey community we have not published a changelog for a while due to the whole team being busy adding content and fixing issues so we have now condensed all changes since the last update to keep you informed and updated with all the new and updated mod files.

Legal System
Have a civil dispute, CLPD or EMT complaint or other court matters? well now you can take other members to court to settle these cases, judges and lawyers have already been appointed and you can apply to become a lawyer if you wish to help represent the cases of the civilians, CLPD and EMT.
Plane Delivery Missions
Become a professional pilot and complete plane delivery missions for cash.
Guitar & banjo

Randomized hunting zones
Always wanted to kill your neighbor's pets? well don't do so as CLPD will lock you up and then you will become someone else's pet in jail, so go to the hunting grounds instead where you can kill as many animals as you want without repercussion.

Melee weapon

McWinters
The Mc Winters fast-food restaurant is now open for business, head over to westport and get yourself some food, either go inside or use the drive-thru to order. This prestigious establishment received a 0 in its hygiene standards test, so go on over now to get your free dose of salmonella!

C130 - Variants.
Variants of the Lockheed C-130 added to the flyhigh store.
PG Services - pack.
The PG services PMC Pack was added to CL3, this gave us some new uniforms, hats and vests. The very armoured vests were placed in the black market whilst less armoured vests were left in the normal shops. Earpieces were also added in from this pack so now you can look like you are a secret agent.
Pepper spray.
Pepper spray can be used to immobilize a person for around 10 seconds, the person will lay down on the ground allowing you to escape or have enough time to restrain them, it can be used by all sides and unlike the taser it does not drop the players items.
Ballistic shields.
Police ballistic shields were added so that the police can have some protection to raid buildings adding in the possibility for new tactics and great RP situations.
Non-lethal shotgun.
The police non-lethal shotgun fires either beanbag or rubber bullet ammunition to slow down the suspect in a chase so they cannot run allowing the police to catch up to restrain the criminal. The shotgun has a fairly large range allowing for the police to take down criminals without having to choose the lethal option.
Racetrack updated.
The racetrack as had a complete overhaul adding in new grandstands for spectators crash barriers for safety and a tarmac services for a smoother faster racing experience.
Vehicle kill switch.
Vehicle kill switches can be obtained from the black market and attached to other players cars or your own, they will disable the vehicle's engine meaning that it cannot drive, this can be used to protect your own vehicles from theft or setup a trap for another player stopping their car when you want.
Custom licence plates.
Custom licence plates were added to the donation shop to allow players to customize what their plate has on it, be it BEST EMT or DAVE 002, the choice is all yours. Custom licence plates can be obtained from here.
Club7 casino room.
The casino room in Club7 has finally opened, so now you can try your luck on the slot machines or the roulette tables, will you win big or loose massively? go down to Club7 and try now. Blackjack tables are WIP and will be finished in the near future.
Small & medium containers.
The small/medium containers are just storage boxes that can be loaded on flatbeds/choppers to enable you to transport large amounts of stock/materials.
ANPR System.
The CLPD in-car speed gun now also recognises the licence plates on cars so that the PD can use the plates to find out who owns the vehicle in question.
New Workman’s shop.
The workman's shop now has its own building and you can find it north of westport on the way to the CLPD HQ, you can use it to buy all the equipment a workman could ever need, from a hammer to a shovel the workman's shop has what you need.
COP - Custom Ticket.
The CLPD can now issue custom amounts in tickets so that they can now ticket for littering and such for a low amount compared to the fixed tickets they had before, this opens up more roleplay opportunities between the cop and civilian sides of the mod.
Company create system.
The company create system has been tweaked to be in a few set locations including its own custom building
Remote tracker.
The remote tracker allows you to track a vehicle wherever it goes, simply throw the device on the car and you will get a marker on the map which will show you where it is, however it can be seen and taken off so try to hide it on the vehicle.
Parole system.
The parole system was added to give prisoners a chance to get out of their cells by paying a fine and going on tag for the remainder of their jail time, the tag will show the cops where the parolee is at all times and will only come off after the parole time has ended or an officer removes it, conditions and more information on the parole system can be found Cliki.cityliferpg.com
PapaSmokes memorial statue.
In memory of our late Animations Developer PapaSmoke who passed in early 2015 we added in a memorial statue outside of the civilian car storage to commemorate his passing so we can pay our respects to him.
Bomb detector.
Now got a proper EOD defuse menu when you use a bomb detectoron a vehicle that has a bomb on it. With this new system a bomb suit has been added to the PD shop.
Repo/Flatbed overhaul
The repo and flatbed system have had an overhaul we have updated a lot of the flatbed and repo points so that vehicle load into the proper positions, also fixed some vehicles that you could not repo. Repo tow rope option to haul vehicles out of location you can't get to with the repo, this will be very useful for vehicles that are stuck in water.
Radio/side chat
You now have the option to hide and show side chat and the radio frequency from the ctrl-space menu and under generic tab.
New police and emt sirens.
New sirens for both police and emt, we have also fixed missing sirens on a few vehicles. Not being able to hear sirens in 1st person should be a lot better now as well.
New vehicles.
So we added some new vehicles like the ambulance, lamborghini sesto elemento carbon, Land Rover Freelander Sport, crown vic, f150 raptor and the burger van so you can now make burgers in the back of the van and sell it to other players. Also added Taru and Huron helicopters along with pods that you can lift and attach to them. Some new vehicles has also been made available to make in the factory. Bingo system.
New bingo system has been added and can be found near Westport.
Search body.
You can now search a player's body and take items from them. This can only be done when a person has been restrained.
Jail break system.
You can now break players out of regular jail by using lockpicks and pliers. You can use a helicopter to get on the inside of the jail and then lock pick the jail doors.
New gathering system.
We also implemented a new gathering system, this only requires you to hit the gathering action one time and it will continue to gather until you're overweight or you stop it.
Plantations system.
So plantations are now random every restarted instead of fixed positions. Cops now also have to go to Club 7 and get posible plantation location, after they gather locations they have to go to the different locations and use a soil tester to know if the soil is fertile and players can plant there.
New mass stock system.
We got a new stock system located in Westport at the docs where you can park your vehicle and fill it up with stock. You just need to have money on you and use the action and it will fill up the trunk of your vehicle with stock for you but be careful as gangs like to target people filling up there.
Living dead.
Living dead have swarmed Bornholm, you'll find them in random towns and Sin City. Living Dead have a random chance of dropping loot when you kill them, such as guns, items and money.
Black Market.
Black market has had an overhaul, prices have been streamlined and reduced a little to bring all the different guns in line according to their caliber and special abilities.
Shite chat.
Shite chat should now be fully working and you should be able to send, receive and delete messages.
New headwear.
A Lot of new headwear has been added to the clothing shops such as a Go-pro a bobby's helmet and a Monocle plus many more..
Job Center GUI.
The job center GUI has had a bit of an overhaul, this is so that you can now pick the job you wish to do and start a career.
Truck delivery job (Job Center).
This new job is to deliver products to occupants on the island there is currently 22 different loads and thousands of delivery locations all over the island.
