This mod is inspired by the parkour aspect and city of Mirror's Edge. It's based in a city called "Bay City", you are a free runner. The city has been taken over by terrorists, and they're after you an the runners.

Same thing with there not looking like there could even be roads fitting anywhere
The game is not about the driving is it? ;)
I believe they have done such small roads because of the players ability to only jump small distances. You dont have the longjump pack HL2. Should be easy to make though.
It looks a bit strange without any major roads. There should be a few large roads, just add a few ziplines of sorts and other ways of crossing them.
