City 17 Project is a mod for Half-Life 2 which depicts the many lives of citizens across a metropolis or what is now known as City 17. The mod is currently in an early alpha stage.

This looks like it could be interesting, but as of now it's hard to say. There doesn't currently seem to be anything to show off. I hope it all goes well though.
