Citadel Total War is a mod for Rome Total War set between 1402 and 1600. It will for now focus on late-Medieval and Renaissance battles. The factions included range from the Polish, English, French, Spanish, Ottoman Turks, Swedes, Venetians, Scots and far more. For the time being the team is focused on creating a comprehensive Renaissance battle mod for RTW, with no campaign, but we are eagerly awaiting the release of MTW2, when we will begin a comprhensive campaign and battle mod along the same vein. Due to the time-period that we have chosen the units range from heavily armored Elmetti men at arms, to swift Ottoman Sipahis, and from heavily armored Turkish Serdengecti to flamboyantly dressed halberdiers.
