Deus Ex is, by many standards, considered an old game. It has been played and memorized by many dedicated fans. Games with storylines so well developed and intriguing are few and far between. But Deus Ex, in all of its archaic nature, still sits at the top with little competition in terms of plot. The Chronos Project's Developement, quite simply, aims to revive, restyle, and renew the game's appeal. Upon starting Chronos, a whole new wintery theme, all new textures for characters and items, as well as reworked maps and new elements, inclusive of a bullet time augmentation that is already functional, will recharge the interest of old dedicated fans as well as the new. They will see new developments in storyline as well as gameplay, all sprinkled with heavy aesthetic alterations. And all of it capable of being finished in a timely manner, as it already has a sturdy base to stand on. The original game, Deus Ex.

So Chronos is basically the worst mod about public relations. That's because we're too cool for you. Dork. Ha. Just kidding. Alrighty, for updates, here's some news. Chronos does have another team member, but I've still got to get him going with ModDB. This guy, Doctor Dumb Lunatic

Ha. Just kidding.
Alrighty, for updates, here's some news. Chronos does have another team member, but I've still got to get him going with ModDB. This guy, Doctor Dumb Lunatic (DDL for short) has managed to conjure a second aug that serves as alternative to the bullet time Chronos aug. The Kinesis aug. Slows bullets in real time with a field placed around you. I haven't yet seen it but hear it's the cat's pants.
Also, various player classes are being conjured and we're hoping to implement a menu at startup that allows you to choose who you want to be of this (images accompanying). Skins aren't the difficult part. TNM stands as evidence.

This is my quick little announcement that serves the purpose of getting you to say "Oh hey look, they're still working on this."
And for those that care (the whole handful of you), my novel is steadily moving along as well, so I'm not being forced to choose between the two projects. This is what we consider "a good thing". It's latin.
